Let Management Cornwall is an independent guide to holiday let management in Cornwall, run by Tally Digital Ltd. We don't manage properties, we don't take bookings, and we don't clean or hold keys. We write plain-English guides to what each management service involves, what Cornwall agencies typically charge, and the rules owners have to meet (fire safety, business rates, the end of the FHL tax regime), so you can choose an agency with your eyes open.
There are three ways to find a management agency, and we explain all of them on the homepage: search the Propertymark directory or look for PASC UK members, check an agency yourself before you sign, or get a quote from a local holiday let management agency through our form.
Getting a quote from a local holiday let management agency
If you fill in our form and tick the consent box, you're asking for a quote from one local holiday let management agency that covers your postcode. We're still looking for Cornish agencies to work with, so we can't promise to have one for your area yet. Before we share your details with anyone, we'll tell you who they are. If we don't have anyone for you, we'll say so.
We don't check or vouch for agencies. The agency proposes to you directly and you contract with them directly. We never add anything to their fees.
How this site is funded
You should know who pays us, so here it is: holiday let management agencies we introduce you to may pay us a fee for the introduction. We only make an introduction when you've asked for one and ticked the consent box, and the fee never changes the price you're quoted.
There are no adverts or affiliate links on this site. Our guides and fee ranges are written from published rules and typical Cornwall prices, not from who pays us.
