The model is simple. You tell us what you need (postcode, bedroom count, service level — full management, key holding only, changeover cleaning, guest communications, letting-only). We match you with a Cornwall-based agency that handles that mix of work in your area. They propose direct, you contract direct, the management relationship is between you and the agency; we step out once the match is made.
Why we built this
Cornwall has a fragmented holiday-let management market — a handful of national operators (Sykes, Cottages.com, Premier Cottages, Toad Hall), a strong middle tier of regional boutique agencies, and a tail of small owner-operator key-holding businesses. Most owners Google "holiday let management Cornwall", get back a list dominated by aggregators with high commissions baked in, then have to wade through identical glossy websites that promise everything and explain nothing.
We bridge that gap.
